Jason "Sundance" Head auditioned in Memphis and lives in Porter, Texas. He is 28 years old and is the son of Roy Head, who had a number-two single with "Treat Her Right" in 1965; the song was second on the charts to The Beatles, which Jason said made his dad dislike them. He sang the classic hit "Stormy Monday." Unlike his first audition, his vocals did not fare well in the Hollywood rounds, especially the group round. He is currently considered the male contestant to vote for on Vote for the Worst.
